All cabinets meet the requirements of the Highly Flammable and Liquified Petroleum Gases Regulations1972 (Section5 PartD), the Health and Safety Executive Guide HS(G)51 1990 and the Factory Inspectorate Certificate of Approval No 1, Parts 3 & 4.
Strong welded 20swg steel construction having Leverlock handles with 2 rods locking top and bottom with two keys. Shelf trays adjustable to 25mm pitch with punched drain holes to allow spillage to drain into removable sump.
Sump capacity is 4 litres on 355x305mm models; 42.5 litres on 1200x500mm models; 14.5 litres on 457x457mm models and 27 litres on 915x457mm models.
Manufactured to withstand 30 minute fire. All handles are metal - many other suppliers use cheap plastic handles which means even if their cabinet survives the fire you can't get into it!

90 Minute Fire Rated CabinetsFor the ultimate protection of your employees and property these cabinets are tested and compliant to BS EN 14470-1.
These cabinets are constructed from 42 mm thick ready elements and are connected by means of concealed quick-linkages. The homogeneous and non-combustible material is equipped with a tight and chemically high resistant thermosetting plastic. The self closing door is activated when the ambient temperature exceeds 50° C, and it has an integral sump, adjustable feet and adjustable shelves as standard.
