Wide range of grit & salt bins ranging from 30 litre capacity for domestic use, to commercial models with 100 to 400 litre capacity, plus heavy duty fibreglass models up to 1500 litre capacity.

New economy range in 200 litre or 350 litre capacity available from stock at low prices.

Heavy duty snow plough attachments for both fork lift trucks and quad bikes to make light work of wintry conditions.

Snow plough and yard scraper attachment to fit most fork lift trucks. Available as standard with 1500mm width and 2000mm as option.

Also 1320mm wide blade attachment for quad bikes. Mounting kits and lifts available where required. Easily used with towed grit spreaders.

Range of 12 sizes of snow chain for fitting to forklift truck wheels. Sold in pairs these are normally used on drive wheels only.

Enables your fork lift truck to be used safely out of doors even in snowy or icy conditions. Particularly effective in conjunction with a fork-mounted snow plough and towed salt spreader for clearing yards, car parks and estate roads.

To complement your grit container you can add a shovel or scoop.

We offer a small hand shovel; a larger two-part shovel, an 18" Polyshovel, a snow pusher and three sizes of plastic injection moulded scoop.

Best ordered along with your bins as this will save on carriage cost, but can be ordered separately.

Brown road salt is seen as the lowest cost option for snow clearing. As it requires specialist heavy duty spreaders and leaves a brown gritty residue, we have decided to cease supplying it.

Refined white salt is perceived as costing a little more but can be spread more accurately so often less needs to be used. Works with lower cost general purpose spreaders as it flows more easily. Leaves little or no residue. This year we have been able to source white salt at the same cost as brown!

Liquid icemelt is much less corrosive than salt so very suitable for metal structures such as bridges or docking areas. Used with sprayer so can go where a spreader can't - e.g. steps or terracing. Leaves no residue.
