What is Seltek Warehouse?
Seltek Warehouse is a division of Invotec Solutions Limited. We are a true B2B (Business to Business) supplier creating strong links with customers in both the private and public sectors.
We choose to work only with suppliers who have a proven track record of demonstrating quality products, acceptable delivery times and as a priority we always use British Suppliers when given the choice.
Supplying thousands of products, we have a solution for most areas of your business and many products can be manufactured to your own specification. We are always mindful of your cash-flow so we try to keep our prices as competitive as possible. On the odd occasion when we have not met that challenge, we offer a price match policy to ensure you are paying the best price every time.
Who are our customers?
Seltek Warehouse offers a B2B (Business to Business) Service across the public and private sectors. We hand pick our products & services and aim to offer UK manufactured or sourced products into public sector, commercial, industrial and retail environments.
We welcome orders from private consumers and offer them the highest level of sales and support that we take very seriously.
Where are our products sourced?
We aim to source our products from UK suppliers and manufacturers. We don’t sell the cheapest product you can find, it can be false economy and cause premature failure but we do offer the best quality available at the most competitive prices.
Do you offer customized products?
Many of our manufactured products such as trucks, trolleys, cylinder handling equipment and storage equipment can be modified to suit your requirements. Just contact us for an informal chat, we are here to help.
How much is delivery?
To remove nasty surprises! Most of our products clearly indicate a delivered price to the majority of mainland UK, where not included a small delivery charge will be shown in the shopping basket. There may be surcharges to some northern Scotland postcodes, highland and islands which will be clearly indicated during the checkout process. Please see our delivery page for further details.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. Our website prices have already been discounted, however if you are placing a large order please contact us and where possible we will always try to offer further discounts..
Are my details Secure?
Seltek Warehouse transactions are handled through SagePay - the global leader in payment processing. All transactions are therefore completely secured using a 128 bit SSL connection. We also guarantee that we will never pass on or use any of your personal details without your consent.
Do your prices include or exclude VAT?
All prices are displayed with and without VAT and the majority of product do include delivery to the majority of the UK mainland.
What if I want to cancel my order?
In the event of a cancelled order please contact our customer service team as soon as possible on +44 (0) 1908 320 731 so that we can cancel the order before the goods are dispatched or costs can be minimized for bespoke items in production.

How long will my order take to be delivered?
Each product indicates an expected delivery time, in the event of a problem outside our control we will immediately contact you to keep you updated, offer an alternative or offer a full refund.
Do you export products outside the UK?
Yes we arrange deliveries to many parts of the world and can take care of exports certificates. Please contact us for a delivery quotation.
We offer BACS, Card or payments by Cheque. Seltek Warehouse transactions are handled through SagePay - the global leader in payment processing. All transactions are therefore completely secured using a 128 bit SSL connection.
Proforma Invoices – You can contact us to request a Proforma invoice or you can chose a Proforma invoice during the checkout process.
You can pay on agreed credit terms once an account has been opened.
Do you offer trade credit facilities?
Yes – All business customers can apply for credit, please contact us for an application form. All new customers requesting credit terms will need to pay by Proforma for the first order before an account can be agreed.
Through a special agreement public sector services such as government, councils, police, schools and hospitals have automatic credit terms subject to sending official PO that clearly states Seltek Warehouse details as the supplier and confirmation our banking details are in place for payment.
Do you have a price match policy?
Supplying thousands of products to customers in the UK and abroad, we are always mindful of your own cash-flow so we try to keep our prices as competitive as possible. Do you have a catalogue?
Yes we have a range of catalogues depending on the product range; however our website is updated frequently and will contain many more products than the printed versions. To order printed catalogues please order using this link.
When are you open?
Our offices are open 9.00am - 5pm Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays) – of course our online shop is open 24/7.
