Description

Cushion Link Solid Top Matting Tiles from Seltek Warehouse are a modular anti-fatigue matting system made with a resilient rubber compound and a connectable support design that offers outstanding fatigue relief.

All Cushion Link mats have a male/female interlocking system and are available with connecting ramp edges for easy on-site custom configurations and trip-resistant formats.

The mats are available in 4 options including ESD Static Dissipative for safety in electrical environments.

Level Testing 1(Good) 2(Better) 3(Best)

Wear Resistance – ASTM D3844-92. An accelerated wear test whereby total loss of material weight is measured when subjected to 5000 cycles under an abrasive wheel.
Anti-Fatigue Rating – ASTM D3574. This is a simple deflection/compression test which gives a rating depending on the difference in height of a mat before and during the time a weight has been placed on it. The greater the difference, the better the antifatigue properties and overall product performance.
Slip Resistance – ASTM C1028-89 & DIN-E-51130, 51097. These tests measure the force required to cause slippage of a local load across the surface of the material. The coefficient of friction ratio is the force divided by the weight. The higher the performance icon, the greater the coefficient of friction ratio, thus the greater the
slip resistance of the mat.
