Texture Top mats from Seltek Warehouse are a heavy duty anti-fatigue mats designed to withstand sparks and solders caused by welding.

The tough pebble embossed rubber surface is bonded onto a resilient microcellular vinyl base giving excellent anti-fatigue properties.

With it’s easy to clean surface, texture top will withstand most industrial fluids and chemicals.

Standing for long periods of time on cold, hard floors causes general fatigue plus a host of other health complaints. These conditions, coupled with slips, trips and falls lead to decreased productivity, absenteeism and ultimately cost employers millions each year.

Wear Resistance – ASTM D3844-92. An accelerated wear test whereby total loss of material weight is measured when subjected to 5000 cycles under an abrasive wheel.
Anti-Fatigue Rating – ASTM D3574. This is a simple deflection/compression test which gives a rating depending on the difference in height of a mat before and during the time a weight has been placed on it. The greater the difference, the better the antifatigue properties and overall product performance.
Slip Resistance – ASTM C1028-89 & DIN-E-51130, 51097. These tests measure the force required to cause slippage of a local load across the surface of the material. The coefficient of friction ratio is the force divided by the weight. The higher the performance icon, the greater the coefficient of friction ratio, thus the greater the
slip resistance of the mat.
