Delivery Information

The majority of our products include free delivery in the price unless otherwise stated.

  1. Most of our products include FREE UK Mainland delivery clearly shown on each product page (some Scottish postcodes, highland and Island exceptions apply)
  2. Some products have a small value item surcharge of £9.50 + VAT
  3. Some big and bulk items have an additional delivery charge of £18.00 + VAT
  4. Larger plastic tanks and drums are charged at £12.00 to full pallets at £60.00 + Vat

All delivery or despatch dates quoted are an estimate based on the latest stock information we have.  We monitor delivery times and will make you aware of any significant delays.

Where we quote delivery or Shipping in (days) or (weeks), we are refering to “working days” and “working weeks” (Based on Monday to Friday, excluding holidays)

If it is crucial a delivery date is met we advise you to contact us before placing any order.

Where we quote a ‘Delivery’ time this is the estimated time we expect the product to be delivered to you.

Where we quote a ‘Ship’ time this is when we expect the product to leave the factory.

As a guide the following will apply:

Small items up to and including mobile steps (not warehouse steps) are delivered next day from leaving the factory.

Medium weight items including large trolleys, spreaders, grit bins and cabinets are normally despatched on a 2-3 working day carrier.

Large items including trailers, large warehouse steps and larger volume orders will despatch on 3-5 working day carriers.

All deliveries off-shore and to the Scottish highlands will be at least 2 working days delivery.

Please note some postcodes, off-shore zones and some Scottish areas may incur a carriage surcharge. Deliveries to the following postcode areas may be subject to additional delivery costs, if you proceed with the order we may contact you requesting an additional payment or you will have the option to cancel and have your order refunded:

Note* ALL Klime-Ezze Steps have a surcharge for some Scottish Postcodes but not for, AB (within 15 mile radius of city centre), DD, DG, EH, FK, G, KA, KY, ML & TD.

Note* Grit Bins have a surcharge for Scottish Postcodes DD, EH, FK, KY, PA, PH, AB, IV, KW and all Scottish Islands.

Northern Ireland:  ALL Postcodes – Republic of Ireland:  ALL – Offshore/Islands:  ALL
