The Oilzone custom mats from Seltek Warehouse are a high quality anti fatigue mat perfect for use in environments where oil and chemicals are in frequent use.

Mat Size: 91cm x 152cm

Made of 100% nitrile rubber with an open cell structure, raised studs and allow swarf and fluids to drain away leaving a safe comfortable work surface.

Highly visible orange bevel edges on 3 sides of the mat provide added safety.

Wear Resistance – ASTM D3844-92. An accelerated wear test whereby total loss of material weight is measured when subjected to 5000 cycles under an abrasive wheel.
Anti-Fatigue Rating – ASTM D3574. This is a simple deflection/compression test which gives a rating depending on the difference in height of a mat before and during the time a weight has been placed on it. The greater the difference, the better the antifatigue properties and overall product performance.
Slip Resistance – ASTM C1028-89 & DIN-E-51130, 51097. These tests measure the force required to cause slippage of a local load across the surface of the material. The coefficient of friction ratio is the force divided by the weight. The higher the performance icon, the greater the coefficient of friction ratio, thus the greater the
slip resistance of the mat.
